INSTITUTIONAL CONTROLS: AN UPDATE AND SURVEY

Ken Haberman, Minnesota Brownfields Chairman, discusses the current role of institutional controls in real estate transactions and brownfield redevelopments in Minnesota.

A short survey follows the article. It's likely that a future Minnesota Brownfields forum will focus on the topic of institutional controls. We'd like to hear your comments or suggestions regarding the future use of institutional controls. MPCA's VIC Program celebrates 20 years
