INSTITUTIONAL CONTROLS: AN UPDATE AND SURVEY
Ken Haberman, Minnesota Brownfields Chairman, discusses the current role of institutional controls in real estate transactions and brownfield redevelopments in Minnesota.
A short survey follows the article. It's likely that a future Minnesota Brownfields forum will focus on the topic of institutional controls. We'd like to hear your comments or suggestions regarding the future use of institutional controls.
